"We Do It Right the First Time"

COVID-19 Update

On behalf of Guardian Waterproofing family, we offer our prayers in this time of need  for all Americans as we all deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. We are taking this seriously for the health and well-being of all of us.

As we transition our lives to the home office routine, gym routine or indoor playground in your basement, you may have greater awareness of conditions that existed before such as leaking walls, damp carpet, moldy drywall or wood studs.  As these are potential health and safety hazards to the well-being of your family and home, we have been deemed and cleared as an essential service.

Guardian Waterproofing is adapting our procedures  to follow the Executive Order 2020-21 (COVID-19)  below:

  1. Guardian will restrict the number of people required to do our waterproofing service’s.  We do not need you to gather with us except to let us in your house. Our team members will not shake your hand in accordance with the current health precautions.
  2. Our workers are trained technicians who work individually and collaborate as a whole on our projects.  Social distancing guidelines will be strictly enforced.
  3. Our crew will not use your house facilities at this time.
  4. Crews will be screened with the required questioning per Oakland County Health guidelines for essential workers. Guardian has adopted policies to prevent workers from entering your premises if they display respiratory symptoms or have had contact with a person who is known or suspected to have COVID-19
  5. Any other social distancing practices and mitigation measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control shall be instituted as updates occur.
